SPOKANE - A Special Event will take place the first week of December: The Second Annual Concert/Dinner/Auction at Hamilton Studio Listening Room on Thursday, December 4, at 6pm.
Tickets include an intimate performance by Artistic Director Zuill Bailey with Greg Presley, piano, followed by a delicious dinner catered by Beacon Hill, and an auction overseen by Jeff Owens, Auctioneer. Fourteen diverse items, including three sets of Gonzaga Men’s Basketball tickets, all Center Court and on lower rows with passes to the Volker Hospitality Suite before the game and at half-time will be auctioned. Other items include trips to Napa Valley Wine Country; get-aways to an Italian villa in rural Tuscany; the Emerald Isle of Ireland; the Las Vegas Sphere; and a special event with Zuill Bailey performing. In addition, a gift certificate to Elkin’s Resort on Priest Lake and other desirable options will be offered—perfect for holiday gifting or for personal indulgences. All proceeds from the event benefit the organization’s community engagement activities and the Zuill in School program to enrich student learning.

Classics Northwest is a year-round presenter of classical music with concerts in February, March, May, outdoor Music in Manito Park concerts in July, resuming indoors in September, and December. Special musical events are scheduled throughout the year. Classics Northwest engages in the community with musical visits to retirement communities, hospitals, hospice settings and more along with Zuill in School educational programs in area schools.

His rare combination of celebrated artistry, technical wizardry and engaging personality has secured his place as one of the most sought after and active cellists today. Bailey, a top selling recording artist, music educator and award-winning musical innovator, is Artistic Director of music festivals in Texas, Alaska and Arizona as well as Artistic Director of Classics Northwest in Spokane.

Classics Northwest Concerts Feature The Juilliard String Quartet

SPOKANE - Classics Northwest announces the first concerts under the new branding, and Artistic Director Zuill Bailey has invited incredibly special artists to mark the occasion. The Juilliard String Quartet will perform two separate programs along with Zuill Bailey, cello, on Saturday, December 6 at 7pm and Sunday, December 7 at 3pm at Barrister Winery in Spokane. Community engagement activities will take place throughout the week prior.
